The Suggestion on Retention Vanish
A deep dive into the Retention Vanish, offering refined techniques and timing.
・Simple Retention Vanish: Tips on finger angles and timing to create a stronger, longer-lasting afterimage (retention).
・One Hand Vanish: A complete vanish performed with only one hand. Eliminates unnecessary movement to vanish the coin within a natural flow.
No-Touch Retention Vanish Variation
The core of this project. A collection of variations designed around the concept of vanishing a coin without seemingly touching it.
・in Motion: A natural vanish performed while the hands are moving. It is cleaner and provides better misdirection than a static vanish.
・Rolling: The most visual method; it truly looks as if you haven't touched the coin at all.
・Extension: Highly versatile and relatively low in difficulty—highly recommended for live performances.
・Pointing from Top View: A steal performed while pointing with the index finger, optimized for top-down sightlines. This is the most angle-resistant and simplest technique among these variations.
・Pointing from Frontal View: Adapts the "Top View" technique for spectators directly in front of you.
・R.O.P.S.: Based on the traditional R.O.P.S. (Retention Open Palm Steal), but enhanced with a "no-touch" texture.
・Sequence: A suggested routine focused on the seamless vanish and reappearance of a coin without touching it.
The Hinge Retention - Sequence
In this sequence, the fingers that normally move during a retention vanish remain still. Features a flow of vanish and production.
Application of Torque Move
A unique application of the "Torque Move" from the first work, ATLAS.
・Necklace ⇄ Coin: An application of the Torque Move for something other than a production.
・3 Coin Production: An opening technique using the Torque Move to produce three coins one after another from thin air. Extremely eccentric and visual.
・Hanging Coins: Introducing the Torque Move into the "Hanging Coins" plot. Features highly unconventional movements.
・The Titor Protocol: A routine where coins in the hand appear to travel backward through time.
・The Dimension Cup: A sequence where coins repeatedly become invisible as they are placed into a transparent glass.
3 Coin Thru Hand
A visual routine where three coins appear to physically penetrate the hand one by one. Features a personal favorite climax.
